She is survived by: her children, Dale Fields (Leslie) of Burnside, KY, Ernie Lawson of Burnside, KY, Robin Elaine Bruin of Nancy, KY and Melissa Feyka; her stepdaughter Carlene Taphorn (Dave) of Ohio; and her siblings, Lester Meadows, Jr. (Shirley) of Geneva, KY and Mary Catherine Thatcher of Tennessee. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
