He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Koch and Margaret Elizabeth Mayer Koch; his son Carl Oliver Koch Jr.; and his siblings, Paul, Bobby, Edwin, Edward, Billy Koch, Maggie, Mona, Jean and Flora Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Koch; his daughters, Robin Lima of Cincinnati, OH, Lisa Moore of Somerset and Brenda Beatty (Tad) of Somerset; his son-in-law Darren Moore; his grandchildren, Reuben Lima Jr., Carla Moore and Anna Lima; his great grandchild Gage Koch; and his close friend Frank Jackson. He is also survived by 4 other great-grandchildren.
