He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cobb and Vera Hubbard Cobb; and his sister Roberta Messmer. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Snow Cobb; his children, David Lee Cobb, Mark Thomas Cobb, Sarah Elizabeth Peternel (Aaron) and Rachel Marie Ingram (Brian); and his grandchildren, Tyler Cobb, Keirsten Cobb, Cassandra Cobb, Kayla Peternel, Dylan Peternel, Seth Ingram, Hannah Ingram, Jordan Peternel, Abigail Ingram, Rebekah Ingram, Jessica Sertic and Robert Sertic.
