It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minie Blackburn of Burlington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ossie; and her daughter Cynthia Jones. She is survived by: her husband Hershell Blackburn; her children, Hershell "Ray" Blackburn Jr. and Penny Elaine Clark (Les); her grandchildren, John Peters (Lindsay), Megan Bayer (David), Jesse Jones, Hershell Ray "Trey" Blackburn III and Kyle Owens; her siblings, Ethel Brewer, Margie Williams and Ossie Combs Jr.; her great grandchildren, Rylee Rose Peters, Charlee Rae Peters and George Owens; and her son-in-law Darl Jones. She is also survived by Nana and even some of her grandchildren's friends.
