He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard P. Isaacs and Minnie Florence Isaacs; his wife Frances Gaulden Isaacs; and his brother Lloyd Kenneth Ray Isaacs. He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Marie Combs, Betty Carol West Lionberger (Boyd), James Walter Isaacs and Linda Susan Smith (George). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
