He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father J. C. Noel; his wife Jean Noel; his children, Dr. Michelle Noel (Jody Short), Scott Noel (Dana) and Rebecca Noel; his stepson Michael Merz; his mother Mary Evelyn Noel; his siblings, Dianna Tirey, Brian Noel (Crystal) and Doug Noel (Jo); and his grandchildren, Hank, Evelyn, Brandon, Jackie, Shane and Cassie. He was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society at 2808 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45206 in honor of Johnny.
