He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Frantz (Ulrey) of Burlington, KY; his children, Kristan Donk (Matt) of Fort Wayne, IN, Robin Ashcraft of Greendale, IN, Elizabeth South (Gerald) of Richmond, IN, Sarah Rollins (Nick) of Savage, MN and Christopher Brockman of Burlington, KY; his sister Mary Anderson (Dennis) of Warsaw, IN; his mother-in-law Barbara Ulrey of Burlington, KY; his close friend Poppy; his grandsons, Alex Juliano, Oliver South, Jack Rollins, Jason Turner and Chris Turner; his niece Kara Schaefer (Nicholas); his great-nephews, Liam and Dylan Schafer; and his great grandchildren, Liam Turner, Ava Knaus and Harper Turner.
