He was predeceased by: his daughter Katie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Evans; and his daughters, Elizabeth Haggard (Jamie), Jennifer Gulick (James), Laura Fitzer (Alex) and Abigail Rader (Hayden). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Due to COVID, the family will be laying him to rest on December 17th at a private graveside service with hopes to schedule a celebration of life at a later date.
