She was predeceased by: her parents, George Veeneman and Cecilia Veeneman; her husband Thomas Meier; and her siblings, Richard Veeneman, Peg Manera and Dorothy Baumann.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Tolbert (Jerry) of Florence, Lisa Whitlock (Mike) of Burlington, Bob Meier (Martha) of Edgewood and Tom Meier (Ellenann) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Gerry, Rachel, Bethany, Chris, Adria, Katie, Tamsin, Johnathon, Nathan, Hannah, Nicolas and Noah. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks will be required by all guests at the funeral home, church, and cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made in Cecilia's name to the Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association, or St Elizabeth Hospice.
