He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Bolte; his sisters, Linda Bolte and Patty Dirr; and his parents, Sylvester Bolte and Evelyn Bolte.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Baker, Chris Bolte, Mark Bolte and Greg Bolte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
