He is survived by: his wife Donna Ruffin (Baker); his children, Brian Ruffin (Rachael) of Earlington, KY and Marti Jo McCarty (Chris) of Eddyville, KY; his stepchildren, Amanda Clontz (Mitchell) of Brodhead, KY, Christy Lee Hale of Brodhead, KY and Ricky Hale Jr. of Brodhead, KY; and his grandchildren, Maggie Christopher, Cody Tillett, Devin Tillett, Austin Polk, Nathan Polk, Makayla Renner, Ethan McCarty and Chance Key.
