He was predeceased by: his parents, Money Troit and Nell Gray Mink Cummins; his wife Bernice Holcomb Cummins; his siblings, Vernon "Poss" Cummins, Dee James Cummins, Henry Fortner Cummins, Vivian Louise Saylor, Elsie Taylor, Nancy Dellaire and Linda Cummins; his siblings-in-law, Pauline Waddles, Dale Strahm and Bill Saylor; and his nephews, Michael Saylor and Stewart Cummins.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sylvia Waddle (Terry) of Shepherdsville and Lewis Dale Holcomb (Pamela) of Louisville; his siblings, Garlan Cummins (Rachel) of Brodhead, Lula Strahm of Hendersonville, N. C. and Ruby Jo Lubarsky (Joe) of Louisville; and his sister-in-law Ina Cummins of Crab Orchard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, four step grandchildren, six step great grandchildren, three step great-great grandchildren, friends.
