We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2018, at the age of 92, Anna Evelyn Owens (Brodhead, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Riley G. Ramsey; her son Eddie Ray Owens; and her siblings, Bill Ramsey, Clara, Beatrice and Thelma.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Ann and November16th; her parent Susie Spoonamore Ramsey; and her daughter-in-law Pauline Owens of Dandridge, TN.
