He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Y. Bibbs, Sr. and Hattie Mae Bibbs. He is survived by: his daughters, Natasha Spencer (Chad), Tanja Bibbs, Olivia Moore (Lenny) and Mia Bibbs; his siblings, Angela Bundy, Sandra Ellis (Robert), Timothy Bibbs (Angela) and Denise Jacobs; and his girlfriend Renee Gilbert. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
