She was predeceased by: her father Larry Conner; and her brother Derek Condon. She is survived by: her mother Tracy Johnson Crane (David); her children, Andrew Canady Jr. (Abby), Keira Canady, Kaylee Haynes and Isaac Johnson; her grandchildren, Ezra, Ryland, Elizabeth and Andrew III; and her siblings, Joshua "Bo" Johnson and Jamie Conner. She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home, 3098 Louisville Rd., Bowling Green, Ky 42101 to help with the funeral expense.
