She is survived by: her husband George T. Smith; her sons, Gerald Smith (Ann) and Alan Smith (Rhonda); her sisters, Brenda Akin and Cheryl King; her grandchildren, Rebecca Sue Smith, Jana Rose Fattic (Kurt), Matthew Smith and Justin Smith (Fanny); and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Fattic and Kara Fattic. She is also survived by her husband, two sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters.
