He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Spencer and Nevelyn Spencer (Estepp); and his sister Hilda Spencer Baker. He is survived by: his wife Judy Spencer (Vickers); his children, Joseph Blaine Spencer of Booneville, KY and Amber Joy Dickerson (John) of Georgetown, KY; his brother Kenneth Spencer (Charlotte) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Emily Brooke Spencer and Caden Blaine Dickerson. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
