He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Smith. He is survived by: his mother Annie Roberta Smith; his daughters, Kristin Conrad, Taylor Webster and Macey Jackson; and his siblings, Scott Smith (Becky), Rodney Smith (Tressie), Jaydine Stamper and Kacey Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren; host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and other family and friends.
