He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Proctor and Rebecca Proctor; and his brother Gene Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Shouse Proctor of Bloomfield; his children, Mark Allen Proctor (Theresa) of Chaplin, Kelly Tooley (Brian) of Bardstown and Gary Scott Proctor (Paula) of Bardstown; and his brother Kenneth Proctor (Martha) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
