Milburn, Jr. of Louisville, Steven Milburn of Louisville and Joshua Milburn of California; his mother Minnie Cook Curtsinger of Bloomfield; his stepmother Della Milburn; and his siblings, Brenda Rogers (Brad) of Chaplin, Joy Lewis (Jerry) of Chaplin, Donna Glaze (Roy) of Stanford, Frankie Chesser (Debbie) of Cox's Creek, Ricky Hilbert (Teresa) of Taylorsville, Sherman Milburn (Adina) of Taylorsville, Stevie Milburn (Laura) of Taylorsville and Terry Milburn (Denise) of Mt. Eden. He is also survived by 4 grandsons.
