She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Case and Mattie Baker Case; her son Jonathan Dewayne "Tiger" Case; and her siblings, Christine Thompson, Paula Hardin, Ruthie Case, Theodore, Rome "Buddy", Samuel and Roy Lee Case.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Jantzen; her stepsons, Sean Jantzen (Jennifer) of Louisville and Michael Jantzen (Holly) of Kennesaw, GA.; and her brothers, Edgar Case (Sue) of Bloomfield, Orville Case of Bloomfield, Danny Case (Carla) of Bloomfield and Paul Case (Kathy) of Bloomfield. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren.
