He is survived by: his daughter Rosalie Claire McClearn; his parents, Mike McClearn and Tammy McClearn of Bloomfield; his siblings, Jessica McClearn of Bloomfield and Corey Ciarlante of Bardstown; and his grandparents, Kathy Nutgrass of Bloomfield, Bill Thompson of Shepherdsville, Dewey and Margaret McClearn of Brooks.
