He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Fields and Elizajane Fields; his wife Shirley Fields; and his brothers, Henry Fields, Linwood "Curly" Fields, Earl Fields and Verlin Fields.
He is survived by: his son David Fields (Angie) of New Castle, Indiana; his siblings, Lenville Fields of Hazard, KY, Clarida "Bonnie" Shepherd of Georgetown, KY and Cora Peola Campbell of Corinth, KY; and his grandsons, Joseph Fields and Dylan Ziglar of Indiana. He is also survived by other friends & relatives.
