He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bill and Ellen Bowling Collins; and his siblings, Donald Collins, Ronnie Collins and Linda Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Collins; his sons, Steve Collins, Kyle Collins, Michael Collins and Cody Collins; his grandchildren, Lindsey Collins, Ethan Collins, Dillion Collins, Carly Buttry, Ean Collins and Addilyn Collins; his great grandchild Elizabeth Dooering; and his siblings, Darrell Collins and Kathy Collins. He is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.
