She is survived by: her children, Terry Anthony Fultz (Leah) and Tanya Spangler (Tim); and her siblings, Troy Salyer (Virginia), Roy Salyer (Velma), Reva Hamilton (Wilbur), Edna Mae Fultz, Mary Stacy and Jody Issac (Less). She is also survived by five grandchildren.
