He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Denver Madden, Jean Isaacs, Mary Ruth Stewart and Grover Carter. He is survived by: his parents, Denver "D. L." Madden (PowerWheels) and Francine Madden; his children, Nora Madden, Megan Madden, Jaylynn Skidmore, Jaxon Madden and Shelly Lazrovitch; his grandmother PeeWee Madden; and his siblings, Denver Madden (Sonya), Michael Madden (Jessica), Carol Rose, Michael Simpson and Tammy Burnette.
