He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Evans and Calista Evans (Douglas); his former wife Clara Jean Evans; his son Chad Evans; and his grandchildren, Jordan Kennedy and Stephen Brice Gamblin.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Evans; his daughters, Tracy Gamblin (Steve), Lisa Kennedy (Elton) and Kerry Wood (David); his grandchildren, Megan Gamblin Shpayer, Chase Gamblin, Austin Kennedy, Ian Wood, Cooper Wood and Avery Wood; his sister Janiece Spencer Cox; and his nephew Evan Spencer. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
