He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Parrott Krywokobylskyj; his stepdaughter Lisa Parrott (Robbie) of Cunningham, Kentucky; and his siblings, Donna Hurt (William) and Paul Krywokobylskyj. He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
