He is survived by: his wife Sherry Slonski; his children, Kristin Medina (Chris) of Algonquin, Jamie Cummings (Mike) of Woodstock, Illinois, Michael Slonski (Angela) of Norridge and Matthew Slonski (Kathy) of Elk Grove, Illinois; his sister Sandra Brennan (Bernie) of Chicago, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Jacob Slonski, Christopher Medina, Jr., Kaelyn Medina, Brooke Slonski, James Cummings, Caylie Medina, Mikey Cummings and Violet Cummings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
