She is survived by: her husband Theadore Lee Elkins; her daughter Pamela Ann Hopper (Roy) of Calvert City, Kentucky; her stepdaughter Kim Elkins of Alabama; her grandchildren, Skyler, Katelyn, Micah, Lela, Daniel, Dylan and Dara; and her siblings, Peggy Richards (David) of Graves County, Kentucky and Don Coons (Judy) of Oregon.
