She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Myers; her parents, Otto Johnson and Maggie Johnson; her siblings, Henry Hammonds, Otto Johnson, Jr. and Dorothy; and her grandson Seth Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Reverend Billy Lewis (Gina) of Benham, Chris Lewis (Wendy) of Benham, Carmon Lewis (Betty) of Benham, Kathy Creech of Cumberland and Carla McCormick (Casey) of Lima, OH; her sister Omedia Rowe of Cumberland; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Kayla White (Chris), Dalton Lewis, Michael Lewis, Makensie Lewis, Neal Creech (Lucinda), Whitney Creech and Karl Creech (Jessie). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
