It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Rice of Belton, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Rice, Ramona Flora (Tommy), Chloe McPherson (Joel), Yvonne Rice, Regina Reynolds (Eric) and Scotty Rice (Charline). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
