He is survived by: his wife Ganetta Kay Joines Covington; his daughters, Tonya Ewing of Belton and Marla Woodward (Eric) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Courtney Ewing, Hunter Woodward and MaKayla Woodward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
