He is survived by: his wife Rita Drake; his children, Joseph Drake (Brittney) of Belton, Kayla Smith of Belton, Alissa Mayes (Michael) of Beech Creek and Gabrielle Perry of Evansville, IN; his mother Margie Drake of Beechmont; his grandchildren, Kensley, Karsen, McKinnah, Kinisen, Joseph "Kash", Oliver, Savannah, Skylar, Ethan, Aiden, Jacob, Gracelynn, Adalynn, Konnor and Peyton; and his siblings, Timmy Drake (Trace), Connie Peveler (Troy), Diane Drake, Vonda Spears, Beverley Jackson (Donald) and Darlene Miller.
