She is survived by: her children, Kevin Francis MacLachlan of Greenville, KY, Cheryl Crafton, Mary Elizabeth Shimp and Catherine Elizabeth Kenworthy of Nashville, TN; and her sister Lois Jean Borneman of LaGrange, KY. She is also survived by 13 grand children; 2 step grandchildren; 9 great grand children; 3 step great grandchildren.
