He was predeceased by: his brothers, Boyd Evans and Edwin Evans; and his father Russell Evans. He is survived by: his wife Anita Day Evans; his sons, Steven Eugene Evans, Joshua Warren Evans (Loretha) and Anthony Gayle Evans (Jamie); his grandchild Shelby Rose Evans; his mother Helen Evans; and his siblings, Floyd Evans, Ernest Evans, Della Teddleton, Gordon Evans, Evan Evans and Marvin Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
