She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Michael Lowe of Turkey Creek, KY, Kasandra Lowe (Donnie Maynard) of Turkey Creek, KY, Shawn Lowe of Turkey Creek, KY and Jimison Ray (Millie Hackney) of Inez, KY; her siblings, James Gerald Oiler of Fedville, WV, Nancy Blackburn (Joe) of Hardy, KY, Carol Spangler (Ronnie) of Big Sandy, TX and Eva June Fankhauser of Akron, OH; her grandchildren, Jason Lowe, Cameron Lowe (Cassidy), Dalton Lowe, Annabella Maynard, Thomas Maynard, Brian Maynard and Carrie Anderson (Kamron); and her great grandchildren, Alona Anderson, Emory Anderson, Ellie Anderson, Isaiah Reed, Aiden, Ian and James Waylon Reed.
