She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bill Powell; her children, Bubby Powell (Joyce) of Beech Grove, Mike Powell (Nesie) of Beech Grove, Sharon Thompson (David) of West Louisville and Frances Vanover (Larry) of Jacksonville, Florida; and her sister Joyce Martin of Henderson. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
