He was predeceased by: his parents, Wavie Bartley and Laura Frances Bush Bartley; and his wife Sharon Bartley. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Bartley of Henderson and Angela Bartley of Newburgh; his granddaughters, Alexandria Bartley and Aven Bartley-Blackford; and his brother Otis Bartley of Sacramento. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
