He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Webster, Sr. and Ollie May Webster; his siblings, George, Richard, Jesse, Samuel, Theodore, Harry Jr., J. L. "Shorty", Estill Webster, Lucy Dunn, Mary Webster, Martha Webster, Dorothy Webster and Dorcas Webster; and his grandson Jessie Edward Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joyce Gammons Webster of Bedford, Kentucky; his children, Todd Webster (Dena) of Manville, John Webster (Lari Ann) of Milton, Kevin Webster (Cheri) of Pendleton, Drew Webster of Bedford, Kentucky, Joy Lynne Webster of Bedford, Mitzi Webster of Madison and Kristy Webster of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jessee, Jason, Josh, Sarah, April, Derrick, Kyle, Johnny, Harli, Shardian, Brandon, Seth and Treyl; and his brother Carroll Webster (Joann) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
