She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Pope and Cleo Aldridge Horine; her husband Robert Lee Penick; her children, David Lee Penick and Mary Ruth Williams; and her siblings, Loretta Richmond, Alma Snow, Ethel Aldridge, Alexander Horine, Jr., Robert Horine and Arthur Horine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Louise Penick of Bedford, KY and Gwendolyn Sue Adcock (Warren, Jr.) of Bedford, KY; and her brothers, Jim Horine (Carol) of Mesa, AZ and George Horine (Lynn) of Bedford, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
