She is survived by: her children, Stanley Frazier (Nelda) of Beaver Dam and Lula Frazier Bolen of Lebanon, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Michael Frazier (Wanda) of Owensboro, Jasper Paul Frazier of Beaver Dam, Stacey Ball Roetting (Michael) of Lebanon and David Andrew "Andy" Ball (Sandy) of Utica; her great grandchildren, Douglas Nieznany of Lebanon, Sierra Nieznany Jewell of Lebanon, James Dwight Frazier of Beaver Dam, Destina Jade Frazier of Beaver Dam, Taylor Joy Ball of Utica and Jessi Lynn Ball of Utica; her great great grandchild Zofia Nieznany of Lebanon; and her sister Imogene Hareld of Owensboro.
