He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Jennings Mullen and Katie Clara Wheeler Mullen; the mother of his children Edith Arms Mullen; his former wife Geraldine Jackson Mullen; his wife Alta Hunter Mullen; his sons, Claude Allen Mullen, Clarence Ronald Mullen and Jerry Wayne Mullen; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Ann Null, Patricia Ann Stone, Linda Marie Stone and Richard Stone; his granddaughter Corrina Mullen; his great grandchild Hannah Null; and his brothers, Mervin Richard Mullen, Luther Douglas Mullen, Joe Robert Mullen and David Paul Mullen. He is also survived by one daughter; two stepdaughters; one stepson 23 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren; 39 great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great granddaughter.
