He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Caudill Evans of Beattyville; his nephew Bubby Gee; his daughters, Leighandra Kay Shouse (Harold) and Shannon Dawn Evans; his granddaughters, Sara Kate, Rachel Isabella, Rebecca Ja'net and Emily Faith; his siblings, James Evans (Cathy) of Booneville, Kendall Ray Evans (Cindy) of Beattyville, Tommy Evans (Donna) of Means, Gary Paul Evans (Sally) of Lexington, Kentucky, Lucy Grimmitte of Ypsilanti, Thelma Couch of Beattyville, Ruby Holton (Johnny) of Richmond and Anna Mae Rowland of Beattyville; and his sister-in-law Eileene Jewell of Beattyville.
