He is survived by: his spouse Melissa Dawn Flinchum Goe; his daughter Shelbi Lynn Goe of Irvine; his granddaughter Deanna Lane (Phillip) of Stanton; his siblings, Joe Goe (Susie) and Pauline Barrett; and his nephews, Robert Lee Goe of Beattyville and Ryan Blake Jones of Beattyville.
