He is survived by: his children, Otis Wayne Osborne, Jr. (April) of Beattyville, Kentucky, Laura Nellie Osborne of Beattyville, Kentucky, Jordan Daniel Osborne (Amber) of Beattyville, Kentucky, John Evans of Beattyville, Kentucky, Hope Evans of Beattyville, Kentucky and Chelsea Thorpe of Beattyville, Kentucky; and his siblings, Larry of Newport, Hubert Osborne of Newport, Patricia Taylor of North Augusta, Linda Shoemaker of Jackson, Kathy Peters of Beattyville and Joyce Allen of Beattyville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
