He is survived by: his spouse Janice Sue Roach Kelso; his children, Michael Kelso of Clay City, Jeffery Kelso (Ruth) of Fairfield, Joann Kelso of Cleveland and Kevin Phillips (Melinda) of Beattyville, Kentucky; and his sister Teresa Watkins of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by two nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
