She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Williams and Rosie Williams; her daughter Rosa Newton; and her brother Sonny Dunaway. She is survived by: her spouse Dallas Gale Johnson; her son James Newton; her sisters, Lola Addison and Mabel Snowden; and her granddaughter Haley Spencer of Beattyville, Kentucky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
