He is survived by: his parent Ethel Katherine Estes; his children, Patricia Darlene Stamper, Bill Hinson of Maiden, Lloyd Wayne Stamper and Sara Elizabeth Perkins of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Dalton James, Heaven Cheyenne Phillips, Brooklyn Jade and Alexander Cade Stamper; and his siblings, Willard Stamper (Mary) of Irvine, Charles Thomas Stamper (Sherry) of Irvine, Nannie Kate Caudill of Beattyville, Bertha Jeanette Ross (Carl) of Beattyville, Connie Smallwood (Danny) of Beattyville, Julia Tipton (Tracy) of Beattyville and Aaron Michael Stamper of Beattyville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
