He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Noe and Anna Angel Noe; his wife Claudine; his children, Debbie Quesenberry, Jimmy and Jerry Noe; and his granddaughter Sheridan Quesenberry.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Noe (Angie) of Beattyville and Joey Noe (Beverly) of Beattyville; his grandchildren, Alicia Quesenberry, Jerry Quesenberry, Jr., Ian Noe, Tiffany Rich (Chad), Savanna Coleman (Tanner), Tyler Noe, Brittney Noe and Andrew Noe; his great grandchildren, Harper Quesenberry, Charlie, Will Rich, Waylon Hollon and Blake Coleman; and his brothers, Arthur, Drexell and Roger Dale Noe. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
